The Japanese Language & Education Culture Centre (JLECC) proudly commemorated its 25th anniversary this year, marking a significant milestone in its journey of dedication, academic excellence, and cultural exchange.
Established with a vision to empower Nepali students through quality Japanese language education and cultural guidance, JLECC has successfully completed a quarter-century of continuous service. Over the past 25 years, the institution has played a vital role in preparing thousands of students for academic and professional opportunities in Japan, strengthening educational ties between Nepal and Japan.
Despite unavoidable circumstances preventing a large-scale celebration, the JLECC family gathered in a warm and meaningful program at the serene Champadevi Hillside Resort to honor the occasion. The intimate gathering reflected gratitude, unity, and appreciation for the founders, faculty members, staff, students, and well-wishers who have contributed to the institution’s remarkable journey.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives expressed heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported JLECC over the years. They emphasized that the 25-year milestone is not just a celebration of longevity, but a testament to trust, perseverance, and commitment to excellence in Japanese language education and student guidance.
The management further announced that a grand celebration is being planned later this year to commemorate this landmark achievement in a more elaborate manner, bringing together alumni, partners, and the wider community.
As JLECC steps into its next chapter, the institution reaffirms its commitment to innovation, student success, and strengthening Nepal–Japan educational collaboration for years to come.
Stay tuned for updates on the upcoming grand celebration.
